Running Group is for anyone that can comfortably run at least 5K (~ 3 miles).
Weekly group runs are free to join and take place multiple times per week.

Race Prep Program

  • Includes: T-shirt, 2 group runs a week, participation in other group runs, specific training program for event, guest lecturers, one group class a week (any class).
  • 10 K Race Team – Starts: coming soon
  • ½ Marathon Race Team – Starts: coming soon
