elaine's Bio
Elaine studied at Sheridan College and practiced as an Athletic Therapist for ten years before starting her family. She then spent 19 years managing a busy law firm in Mississauga where her medical background was highly useful.
Elaine recently moved to Guelph and loves the positive energy the city brings. She enjoys exploring the trails and getting involved in the community. She is excited to be at Defy where she can contribute her passion for a healthy, active lifestyle.
